Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) rights

TrackNTrain's core features never sell your personal information. However, if you opted in, we may share anonymized profile data (age range, fitness interests, general location) with advertisers, sponsors, and analytics partners. Under California law, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising is treated the same as selling — you have the right to opt out at any time.

Default is off — if you never explicitly opted in on the acceptance page or in Settings, nothing is being shared and there is nothing to turn off. This page exists for legal compliance, to make opting out trivially easy.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal automatically. If your browser sends Sec-GPC: 1, we treat that as an opt-out regardless of any UI choice.
